LONG RUN

The power of the spring...
the gain of the weak,
to drain your veins,
and squeeze your haart.
Reprise the shagged-off
and face the effort of
coping of the greeks' walk

Breaking limits,
crossing boundaries,
reaching the world beyond,
run across the world to come

Chemistry pumps bombs
psicology slides fears out of view
social coward long run

place on the line
I am losing my heat acclimation
6 miler
I kept slow and steady the whole way.
It seems as though the more full marathons I run,
the more my race paces all
gravitate towards my marathon pace.
